Good Morning Castro Valley Virtual Academy Middle School Students and Families!
We are so excited to have you join our program this year. This is the first of many emails we will be sending with communication about the program.
WALKTHROUGH REGISTRATION - You will not attend an in-person walkthrough registration event. Your only requirement for registration this year is to complete the Aeries Parent Portal Data Confirmation. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email from Aeries.
CLASS SCHEDULES - We are putting the finishing touches on our Master Schedule, and will have finalized student schedules soon. We will send an email once they are ready on how to access them.
EDGENUITY PROGRAM - We will send you login information (i.e. username & password) once the classes are available in Edgenuity.
We know this is a new program and experience for many of you. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our Main Office at (510) 537-3193. Please be aware that there may be a delay in returned phone calls this week as we have two days of walk through registrations for our high school programs.
